Dollar Trades Near Highest Level Since 2006 as Stocks Tumble

March 3 (Bloomberg) — The dollar traded near the strongest level since 2006 and the yen rose for a third day against the euro as stocks tumbled on concern the global recession is deepening, luring investors to the two currencies as a refuge.
